My method

This program will work around ALL of what life has to offer. Working with me will allow for the most benefit no matter the time you have available. My approach stems from the smallest detail that will refine the movement. Whether you can spend 10 mins a day or a full 40 mins; I provide a whole balanced body session. While each video will have a focus, there will ALWAYS be an activation of every muscle which allows you to walk off the mat feeling both physically and mentally powered up .

We all will be able to move together. Whether you are stepping into this journey at 100% capacity or have restrictions. Safety is my utmost priority. For any major concerns email me to book a private session to get any modifications aimed to your needs.

All Bundles include:
‘Instruction Videos’ that go into detail in regards to Safety, Key Terms + Descriptions, Core, Stretching, and a 10 min Full Body session;
PLUS 5 additional workout videos including two 10 min videos, two 15 min videos, and one 20 min video.

Meet Valerie

From the age of three, Valerie spent her time growing up in the dance studio. Her dance instructors combined dance movement with Pilates. Valerie didn’t find her passion for Pilates until life changing events in 2017. She has trained classically in all styles of dance and continued her education in dance at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia.

With a background in Athletic training, to studying ‘Anatomy for Dancers’ at the UArts, and receiving her full certification in Pilates.Valerie’s love for anatomy has always been present. This includes ‘Mat Pilates’ as well as a full range of Pilates apparatuses.

Valerie has been instructing dance for eight years and Pilates for six years. With this dynamic background, it brings the importance of proper form to the forefront of her method.
